High Rise Buildings

A1 Window Cleaning uses ropes and boatswain chair systems to safely rappel and clean the glass. We employ strict safety standards congruent with OSHA requirements for this procedure. We also have a Versa-Beam system which enables us to safely rappel off of buildings where rigging and anchoring might not exist.

Water-fed De-Ionized Pole Window Cleaning

A1 Window Cleaning specializes in de-ionized water cleaning. We have a system that will allow us to clean glass up to 55’ high without leaving the ground. This advanced system pumps de-ionized water up a specialized pole with a window cleaning brush on the end of it. The de-ionized water molecularly emulsifies and rinses away the soil on the glass surface and dries 100% spot free. With this system, A1 Window Cleaning can clean commercial glass more safely, more cost effectively, and more efficiently than conventional ladder or boom lift methods.

High Ladder and Boom Lift Service

Where hand scrubbing, restoration, or heavy duty glass cleaning is needed on large commercial buildings, or where water access is limited, A1 Window Cleaning is trained and experienced in operating boom lifts and tall ladders. We carry all the necessary insurance and undergo all the necessary training for the use of this equipment.
